We knew the name before we even decided what business we wanted to get into. Our coffee cart is named after our boys, Simbu and Neo. And yes, we will be putting their cute fluffy butts to work, as we serve the valley.

Outstanding coffee and tea drinks with great service. That is our motto. We serve espresso based coffee drinks with many different flavors to go with it. Hot and iced. If you feel like going for a strong coffee drink with no added flavor, we have that covered too.

Our Creative Enhancer, Cassandra, has been coming up with some unique cold sweet tea flavors. Smokey Lemon, anyone?! We don't compromise on taste or quality. That is what makes us stand out and we strive to serve the best coffee in the valley.

Our other goals include, being mindful of our carbon pawprints and lending a hand to communities worldwide. We will start by using eco-friendly cups, support local venders, and have plans for so much more!

We are off to a great start with the help of family, friends, and the Wildlife World Zoo. A fellow colleague and golfing buddy will be taking the leap with us and together we hope Nimbu’s Café will be able to help support his current and future bird conservations projects.

As we continue to grow, we hope to collaborate with more animal welfare programs, people ones too, and maybe one day, open a kitty café… A special thanks to Shug’s Coffee and Mercedes for helping Nimbu’s get started!
